Although these plants are mostly used in crafting furniture, current scientific studies are investigating rattan’s viability in modern bone replacement systems.

Are Wicker and Rattan Furniture The Same Thing?

Despite the fact that the two terms are used often interchangeably, there is a difference between wicker and rattan furniture. Customers should be aware that “wicker” is a traditional construction method rather than the material that is being used.
