Minimalist Streeter Residence by David Salmela Architect with a Sauna Room
Last week end I went to Minnesota, United States to see my aunt that lived in Streeter residence by David Salmela Architect that located in a Deephaven region. The house is has no neighbor and it is really nice to dwell such house in a tranquil atmosphere there in cool and green place like there. Her house is near the swamp that makes me really love to spend the afternoon there to see the sun set in the backyard of her house. Moreover the woods that guard the house perfectly make the sense in a cool atmosphere.
The minimalist Streeter residence by David Salmela Architect is built in a modern and minimalist look with the flat roof and the minimalist shape. It is built in a rural area but the house not comes that rustic because the shape of the house that might rather more modern in a minimalist shape. The usage of the natural and neutral colors like black, white and wooden colors are very often to find there. The wide window also used there and make the sense of the house more modern and magnificent that way.
First Floor of Streeter Residence by David Salmela Architect
The first floor is wider than the second. The first floor is the place where the garage, living room, dining room, kitchen and are built up. The fourth room is come in a modern sense thus really minimalist with the usage of the simple stuffs and natural and neutral color of it like the black sofa, wooden coffee table, white stairs, white counters, black wall, wooden windows panes, and many more. Then the sense there is just so spacious and really cool. I just really love to be sought by my aunt but actually I just sat in the living room. It is just because the room that really spacious in the first floor.
Second Floor of Streeter Residence by David Salmela Architect
In the second floor there are the bedroom, bathroom and my favorite space, the sauna space. In the second floor the sense is quite different from the first floor. The second floor is trimmed by the wooden floor and the white wall. And the bedroom and the bathroom just set in a room without any room divider or a wall, actually not really bathroom but just the shower area. The rest of the bathroom appliances are set in a different room next the sauna room in this magnificent Streeter residence by David Salmela Architect.
